We want you to love your FYTT products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

Because our products are personal-care items, all returns are reviewed case by case.
Products must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to request a return

To start a return request, please contact us through our Contact Form or email us at info.fytt@gmail.com with the following information:

• Your order number

• The product(s) you'd like to return

• The reason for the request

We will review your request and provide instructions for sending your item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.

Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, FYTT may not accept returns of opened or used skincare products unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
In such cases, please include photos in your email so we can assist you promptly.
